Live-Action
That's right, there is a game that requires many players to function,
and just might give you the opportunity to prove that you're better at
this than the other guy. Really. At least, it's novel enough that folks
might stay with it until they figure out just what's going on.
It's called live-action roleplaying, and it might be the jolt that
revives your stumbling, unenthusiastic gaming group. Or lands you in
jail, but that's easy enough to avoid with a little common sense.
Before we continue, please note that I don't support live-action D&D;
in any shape or form. The only game truly made for live-action (that
I've encountered) is the excellent Vampire: the Masquerade series
produced by White Wolf games, but you might see fit to modify other
systems to work with this style. That's your business, as long as you
don't invite me to those games.
